We LOVE a jumpboard class — and honestly, so do our clients. It’s the perfect way to shake things up, bring a cardio element into reformer, and add another exciting style of class to your timetable without losing the magic of low-impact movement.
But here’s the thing… teaching jumpboard well is an art.
Because if not planned properly, all you’ll hear for 45 minutes is beds crashing around the studio while poor Tracy wonders why she signed up for what feels like an Olympic conditioning session after surviving her work emails all day.
And let’s be honest — most clients come to reformer because it’s low impact.

Inside this training, we cover how to intelligently structure a jumpboard class so it feels energising, effective and fun — not chaotic or overwhelming. You’ll learn how to create full-body workouts without relying on jumping for every single exercise, how to layer intensity properly, and how to make your classes accessible for a variety of fitness levels.
We’ll also share our favourite combinations, programming tips, teaching techniques and all the little instructor secrets that make a jumpboard class feel elite instead of exhausting.
