  • Yes, absolutely! We think it’s lovely gift for someone that’s either addicted and would appreciate a block of classes OR to gift someone you want to make smile just 1 class.

  • We welcome all novices and rest assured you are in safe hands! We recommend you book a beginners class or a private 1-1, signature classes also accommodate all levels but if you are feeling particularly nervous the beginner class or private 1-1 is the best option.

  • Whatever you feel comfortable in. Make sure to wear something you can easily move in and is breathable, like gym wear, as it does get hot and sweaty in the studio.

  • A bottle of water and yourself! We sell grip socks in studio for £15 and we take card payment. Grip socks are a requirement for our classes for huge or and to make sure you don’t slip when on our equipment or carrying out the exercises.

  • Yes, for hygiene and safety reasons we ask that you wear grip socks or purchase them in studio. They are £15 each and we take card payment.

  • All coats shoes bags and belongings are to be left on our clothing rail and shelves provided inside the studio.

  • Our studio is Unit 9 Berwick Farm in Berwick Lane, Stanford Rivers in Ongar.

    You can access Berwick Lane from London Road. Just a quick 2min drive, and you'll find us on the left-hand side. You can also access Berwick Lane from Toot Hill. We are 5 mins from the Green Man Pub, Toot Hill.

    We are 7mins from Passingford Bridge roundabout in Stapleford Abbotts. We are 12mins from Ongar High Street. We are 15 mins from Epping High Street.

  • Please arrive no more than 5 mins before your class, if you are earlier please kindly wait until the instructor opens the door. For everyone’s comfort the door is locked when in session so your sessions are uninterrupted.

  • Benefit from our free parking in the onsite car park, it is situated on the left as you drive round on our estate. We kindly ask you don’t park right outside the studio or just anywhere on site so that we aren’t a nuisance to our lovely neighbours.

  • On the app or the booking website you will have the option to move your class if it is 12 hrs before the class time. You can also cancel your class up to 12 hrs before to get your class credit back after the 12 hr period you will lose your credit, however we always ask that you cancel to give someone else the chance to join us.

  • The waitlist is such an effective tool! Plans change all the time and some classes may be fully booked but if you join the waitlist and someone cancels which happens regularly you get the chance to nab their spot, you’ll get an email notification letting you know a spot has become available and to take it if you still want it.

  • Unless you have been cleared by a healthcare professional to attend class / exercise. We ask that you don’t attend.

  • Yes, as long as you have permission from a healthcare professional.

    Please inform the instructor at the beginning of the class so they are aware and can support you through the class.

    t’s important to listen to your body and know when to join in and when not to or take a break.

  • There isn’t one! We are very flexible with lateness, as we understand that there can be a multitude of reasons for being late and we certainly don’t want to add extra stress to the matter.

    You are welcome at any time after the start of the class to join. The only requirement of our lateness policy is that we ask you to come in quietly, stow your belongings, and get ready for class without disturbing the rest of the group.
