Emma Mack
Founder and Owner
A former professional dancer and graduate of the Urdang academy on a full scholarship, with a diploma in professional dance. With ballet being an integral part of any dancer’s life for core stability and technique, it directly connects to the principles of Pilates. Hence many Pilates disciplines from the creator of Pilates - Joseph Pilates - originate from professional dance backgrounds.
‘I found my love for Pilates many years ago whilst training at college. It formed part of our weekly timetable to help with core strength and injuries. Fast forward some years, my passion for Reformer Pilates has expanded into an obsession for this style of training. ‘
‘Since gaining a qualification in this field and experience in teaching, I feel passionate about combining all the elements that I love in to my own unique teaching style involving technique, rhythm, breathing, music and moving collectively.
The joy of creating a community and helping people reach their goals, all whilst doing what I love in my gorgeous studio, makes me really the luckiest girl in the world!’

“Every moment of our life can be the beginning of great things.” — Joseph Pilates
“Over five years ago, I attended a Reformer Pilates class and very quickly became obsessed. Committing fully to something I love—pushing myself beyond limitations and building strength beyond what I thought was possible—is incredible.
As a young female, I never connected with traditional sports, but when I found Pilates, everything changed. Without even realizing it, I came to truly believe that Pilates is mind over matter—and it is the mind itself that builds the body.
Seeing firsthand the desire and benefits of Pilates, I am deeply passionate about helping others on their Pilates journey. Together, let’s build a stronger core and a stronger mind.”

“I’ve been dancing for as long as I can remember—a passion that led me to earn a Dance Diploma at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts. During my training, I developed a deep appreciation for the body, technique, and the power of physical expression. This naturally guided me towards Pilates, where I discovered a true passion for mindful movement and functional strength.
Today, I combine my dance background with my Pilates training to help others move with confidence, improve posture, build strength, and feel great in their bodies. Whether your goal is to refine alignment, develop strength, or simply reconnect with movement for the joy of it, I’m dedicated to guiding and supporting you every step of the way.”

For me, Pilates is so much more than exercise—it’s a practice that supports both my physical and mental wellbeing. My goal is to share this passion with every person I have the privilege to teach, helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body.
Can’t wait to see you in class!”

“After falling in love with reformer a few years ago and then gaining my teaching qualification, my love for reformer grew even more! I love being able to push attendees to challenge, progress, and become the best version of themselves. Leg day is my fave, so watch out for those leg DOMS!”
Amie Bailey
Cover Instructor
Amie is a classical Mat and functional Reformer-trained instructor. She found her passion for Pilates a number of years ago when she started attending Reformer Pilates sessions, especially enjoying the holistic practice and the mind–body connection it fosters.
Amie was inspired to study the Pilates method after learning about Joseph Pilates himself and how he overcame his own health conditions through his method, Contrology.
Amie is enthusiastic and energetic, and her sessions reflect this. She encourages people to challenge their bodies and leave her classes feeling like their soul has been nourished.
